We had a computer that was no longer operating, MySystemTech was able to take the old hard drive and retrieve all the information from it and transfer that information to a computer that they formatted, loaded new software updating the system from Windows 98 to Windows XP and install more Ram to increase the speed of the machine. This was all done in a matter of only a couple days. I am sure that without their help valuable Documents would have been lost.

We have two primary computers that we count on to get the job done. Our office is busy and we can't afford to have out system not running properly. Recently we had an issue that could have had a major impact on our operation. The computer that we use to handle our Accounts Receivables and our Payroll kept crashing. A blue screen would come up and we had to shut off the power to try to start it again. Although I am long distance from MST, I have used them for diagnostic services a number of times. Their technicians clearly have life-long experience coupled with extensive familiarity with the most current technology.
